Step 1: Prepare your toothbrush

Choose a soft-bristled toothbrush to protect your gums. Apply a small amount of Avril certified organic toothpaste to your toothbrush.

Step 2: adopt the right brushing technique

Brush your teeth three times a day for 2 to 3 minutes. Use an up-and-down motion, working from the gums towards the tips of your teeth, to effectively remove food residues.

Step 3: Rinse and complete your routine

Rinse your mouth with clear water. For complete oral protection, follow with a natural mouthwash. You can also use it with an electric toothbrush, if you prefer.

Step 4: Maintain your toothbrush

We recommend changing your toothbrush every 3 months or less to avoid microbial build-up. And a little tip: don't forget to close the cap on your Avril certified organic toothpaste after each use to prevent it from drying out.

How to use for optimum care

Brush your teeth with Avril certified organic toothpaste three times a day for 2 to 3 minutes. Use an up-and-down brushing motion to clean effectively without damaging your gums. Remember to start at the gum line and work towards the tip of your teeth for a perfect brushing action.

Toothbrush care

It's essential to change your toothbrush every 3 months to avoid the proliferation of germs. After each use, close the toothpaste cap carefully to prevent it from drying out.

Precautions for use

Avril certified organic toothpaste is recommended for use on children aged 7 and over. To ensure optimum oral health, consult your dentist regularly.

The majority (more than 70%) of Avril products are vegan. This information is available on each product sheet. Avril indicate "Vegan product" in the sense of free from ingredients of animal origin. The company is listed by PETA (People for Ethical Treatment of Animals as cruelty-free, but not as cruelty-free & vegan because not all the products in their range are vegan. Indeed, some of the products contain ingredients of animal origin (beeswax, carmine, yogurt powder or even honey).
