Description: Shatavari, or wild Asparagus, has in India and Ayurveda been recommended for women's well being and especially menstruation. This is a concentrate of the root and a rich source of phytoestrogen (plant-estrogen). Estrogen is involved in a multitude of processes in the female body just as testosterone is for men. Organic India has some of the best and well produced herbs in the market.

Content: 100g Organic wild Shatavari (Asparagus Racemosus), raw - not heated above 40 °C.

Dosage: 1/2 teaspoon, twice a day. Take it with a glass of warm water, milk or the simple biobooster recommended below: 1 eller ½ tsp organic ghee 1 eller ½ glas warm org. milk (almond or soymilk is fine too) 1 pinch of jaggery or cane sugar.

Do not take more than the suggested dosage. The product should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet. This product should be stored where it can not be reached by children and out of direct sunlight.
