Instant Breakfast mix that’s prepared in an instant by simply adding plant-based milk, water or yoghurt! The
combination of several ingredients (buckwheat, seeds and other functional ingredients) with high nutritional
content and with no added sugars offers the ideal option for your breakfast or snack.

Ingredients

Milled buckwheat*, ground almonds*, milled flax seeds*, milled chia seeds* (Salvia hispanica), date powder*,
buckwheat groats*, maca powder (7%) and natural vanilla flavouring* (0,25%). *Organic ingredients.

Allergens

Gluten free. Contain almonds. May contain traces of nuts, peanuts, sesame seeds and mustard.

Preservation

Preserve in dry cool environment, in the dark, refrigerate after opening and consume within 3 months.

Suggested use and preparation

Porridge - Add 4 tablespoons to 90ml of water or vegetable drink and mix well.
Smoothie – Add 3 tablespoons to 250ml of water or vegetable drink and fruit to taste and place in a blender.
You can also add 2 tablespoons to a yogurt.
