Super breakfast raspberry and peanut butter is the ideal product to prepare your oatmeal instantly and quickly
(without cooking!). In addition to gluten-free rolled oats, this mix is also enriched with ground buckwheat and
seeds which, combined with the crunchy peanut butter, contribute to a creamier, more nutritious and filling
porridge!

Ingredients

Gluten-free oatsflakes* (49%), ground buckwheat* (18%), crunchy peanut butter* [100% roasted peanuts] (100%)
(12%), ground flax seeds* (6%), sunflower seeds*, peanut flour*, date powder*, freeze dried raspberry powder*
(2%).*Organic ingredients.

Gluten free. Contain oats (gluten-free) and peanuts. May contain traces of nuts, sesame seeds and mustard.

Preservation

Preserve in dry cool environment, in the dark, refrigerate after opening and consume within 3 months.

Suggested use and preparation

Porridge – Add 4 tablespoons to 90ml of water or vegetable drink and mix well.
Add 2 tablespoons to a yogurt.
You can also add it to pastry, pancakes or energy bars.
