Our stores working hours are 9.00-19.00, Wednesdays and Saturdays 9.00-15.00. Sundays and public holidays we are closed.
In the event that you have placed an order and you would like to cancel, you can do so within 2 hours by calling us on 22 251170 during business hours or alternativly you can send us an email at info@herbalista.com.cy in the event that its outside our working ours.
If you wish to return a product for any reason, you can do so, within 14 days of the date of receipt, as long as it is in the original condition in which you received it, ie the packaging or the product must not be tampered or used. In the event that the return is not made within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt or if some of the return conditions are not met, herbalista.com.cy has the right not to accept the products back and not to replace them. Return shipping costs are borne by you while your money is returned via your bank account with a bank deposit. In this case, you will have to inform us of your bank account information to which the deposit will be made, which takes place when we receive the parcel with the returned items.
The returns procedure if the above criteria is met, is to login to your account dashboard, and select the tab on the left menu that says RMA request. Select the order that you have made and then the products that you would like to return.
Finally submit your request.
Once we receive your payment, we process orders within 24 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. If your payment method is Bank Transfer, we would need to receive the amount in our account before we can dispatch your order. Order With Cash on Delivery payment method will be dispatched within 24 hours.

Yes, we offer delivery to your home or work place, unless your delivery address is in rural areas where the courier does not deliver. In such situations you will have to collect from your nearest ACS courier.
